Big Brown Eyes (Original)

About

Today I dug up the original recording of this song that I made with hand pan and bass, and polished it up in Suno. This is the result.

I like this better than the one I put on the Love Songs 1 album. At the time it wasn’t possible to upload your own full audio tracks, so that version was from me trying to replicate my recording by prompting around the lyrics.

I liked it well enough at the time. But this one’s better.

Lyrics

Your touches fly
Butter my skin
A tasty basting
As they sink in
I feel them falling
Into my bones
Cool and heavy
As a bag of stones

One look from you
I’m hypnotised
Touch my soul
With big brown eyes
Your big brown eyes

Wispy loving
Your playful ways
Give me pleasure
Electric waves
Soft and mellow
The music plays
All around me
An amber haze

One look from you
I’m hypnotised
Touch my soul
With your big brown eyes
Your big brown eyes
